Privacy Policy

This page explains what the Blacko Tribe collects, why, and what we never do with it.

What we collect

• Tribe registrations — name, email, phone number, country, city, and your opt-in preferences for email and SMS.
• Newsletter subscriptions — any of name, phone, or email (at least one).
• Contact form submissions — name, email, optional phone, your message.
• Store orders — name, email, phone, shipping address, order contents, and a payment reference. Card details never touch our servers; they're handled by Paystack.
• Anonymous analytics — a random visitor ID stored in your browser so we don't show you the same popup twice. No personal data is attached.

Why we collect it

To run the fanbase: register members, send drops and tour news, fulfil store orders, and answer messages. Nothing else.

What we never do

• Sell, rent, or trade your data.
• Send messages on channels you didn't opt into.
• Share your information with anyone other than the providers we need to operate (Supabase for storage, Resend for email, Arkesel for SMS, Paystack for payments).

Cookies & local storage

We use the smallest set possible: an admin session cookie if you log in, plus a random visitor ID in your browser's local storage for popup frequency. No third-party tracking cookies.

Your rights

Email tribe@blackotribe.com to access, correct, export, or delete your information. We act within 14 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and email anyone subscribed to the newsletter.
